重庆邮电大学移通学院成立于2000年，是经教育部批准（教发函〔2004〕41号），由重庆邮电大学举办的独立学院，属全日制普通本科院校，面向全国招生。
学校位于重庆合川大学城，校园依山傍水，环境优美，交通便捷。目前占地面积1350余亩，总建筑面积近49万平方米，教学仪器设备总值11054.3万元，校外实习实训基地98个，图书资料153余万册。现有通信与物联网工程学院、智能工程学院、大数据与软件学院、淬炼商学院、远景学院、中德学院、艺术传媒学院、创意写作学院、创业学院等10个二级学院，管理工程系、外国语言文学系、光电信息系等3个系，4个教学部，以及独具特色的完满教育委员会、双体系卓越人才教育基地等部门。共开设通信工程、电气工程及其自动化、轨道交通与信号控制、财务管理、工程管理、广播电视编导等35个本科专业，通信技术、工商企业管理等4个专科专业，形成了以工为主，经、管、文、艺五大学科协调发展的专业体系。目前在校学生接近20000人。现有专任教师940余人，外籍教师10余人，硕士以上学位教师占比60%，为学校专业教育提供有力保障。
学校秉承“乐教、乐学、创造、创业”校训精神，确立信息产业商学院的总体办学定位，形成“商科教育＋完满教育＋通识教育＋专业教育”的四位一体人才培养体系，以应用型人才培养为目标，信息科学技术为特色，致力于培养人格高尚、专业基础扎实、创新实践能力强、具有国际视野的“应用型、工程型、创业型、国际化”人才，服务信息行业和地方社会经济发展。学校毕业生就业率一直在90%以上。毕业生就业主要分布在通信、制造、软件开发等行业，基本实现对口就业。2018届毕业生综合就业率95.65%。
学校办学特色鲜明，人才培养措施有力，校园文化氛围浓厚。通过专业实验室、校内外实习实训基地以及学生科技竞赛训练基地、公共教学平台等，为学生构建工程训练创新平台，大力培养应用型信息技术人才。构建与企业无缝对接的双体系基地，开展素质拓展、创新学分、工程训练、移通网络学堂等人才培养的全方位工程教育体系。借鉴国外办学模式，探索远景学院人才培养新机制，推行通识教育。成立重庆市首个创业学院，建立大学生创业基地，全面推动创业教育和实践。搭建艺术修养与实践、竞技体育、社团活动、志愿者服务等一体的完满教育平台。启迪智慧与名家面对面，通过名人讲座、名师课堂、音乐剧、青年剧场、万画影城等打造文化移通名片，探索“文化移通”创新育人之路。
学校实施书院制，现有专业集中式书院3个、社区文化式书院7个、文理式书院1个，初步构建起了完善的书院育人体系。书院作为社区化、交互性、共享式的育人平台支撑学校“信息产业商学院”办学愿景，依托家文化和领导力双核驱动实践育人、文化育人、服务育人质量提升，为学生创造社区共享与朋辈互助的新圈层。
学校坚持实施国际化战略，继与德国安哈尔特应用技术大学，联合成立中德应用技术学院以来，已与德国、美国等国十余所大学签署合作办学协议，广泛开展中外联合培养的硕士、本科双学历教育活动，目前已输送出百余名学生到国外深造，在校预备赴德学生近千人。

Das Yitong Institut der Chongqing Universität für Post und Telekommunikation wurde im Jahr 2000 gegründet, ist eine vom chinesischen Erziehungsministerium genehmigte Hochschule für vierjährige Studienzeit.
Das Institut befindet sich in dem Hechuan Viertel der Stadt Chongqing, verfügt über eine schöne Landschaft und gemütlichen Verkehr. Die Fläche des Instituts beträgt 1350 Mu. Die gasamte Baufläche ist rund 480000 qm mit Ausbildungsgeräten und Instrumenten in Wert von 89.46 Millionen Yuan und 98 Praktikasbasis sowie 1420000 Büchern. Das Institut bietet folgende acht Fakultäten wie z.B. Kommunikationstechnik, Automatisierung und Computerwissenschaft；6 untergeordnete Institute wie z.B. das Institut für zukunftige Auszubildende und Elite, das Chinesisch-Deutsche Institut und das Institut für Art und Multimedia an. Im Institut gibt es insgesamt 29 Fächer von vierjähriger und 7 dreijähriger Studienzeit, Studierende 17500, davon 16100 mit vierjähriger Studienzeit, Lehrkräfte 882 Personen, davon Professoren 268.
Unsere Uni hält die Idee „Lehrfreude, Lernfreude, Inovation, Unternehmung“. Wir bestehen auf der Orientierung an die Wirschaftsentwicklung und sozialem Bedarf, auf die Besonderheit an Informatikwissenschaft , auf die Hochqualität der privaten Hochschule, auf das Ziel der vielfältigen Entwicklung der Studenten. Wir bemühen uns um das neue Erziehungsmodul der Talenten mit starker Verwendungsfähigkeit, mit ausreichender Mechanikswissenschaft, mit großer Innovationsbegeistung sowie mit weitem internationalen Horizont. Seit 2009 steht das Yitong Institut mit der Absolventenbeschäftigungsquote über 90% an der ersten Stelle in Chongqing. Vor allem arbeiten die Absolventen in den Bereichen der Telekommunikation, der Fertigung und der Software-Entwicklung. 2014 haben die Absolventen Beschäftigungsquote von 95,33% Konzerngegenbeschäftigungsquote von 85%.
Die Besonderheiten des Instituts sind sehr klar. Die Ausbildungsmaßnahmen sind leistungsfähig und sehr effektiv. Daneben ist die Atmosphäre der Campuskultur stark. Durch das fachkundige Labor, die Praxis und die Praktika innerhalb und außerhalb unseres Instituts, die Technische Konkurrenztraining der Studenten und die öffentliche Lehrplattform die Plattform der Ingenieurausbildung für Innovationen bietet das Yitong Institut den Studenten an, um mehr anwendungsorientierte Talente im Gebiet der Informatik auszubilden. Gleichzeitig baut das Yitong Institut auch eine nahtlose Unternehmensbasis des dualen Systems. Durch die Aktivitäten der Qualitätsentwicklung, die Innovation von der Schulegrade, das Projekttraining, den Unterricht im Internet u.s.w. baut das Yitong Institut ein umfassendes System der Ingenieurausbildung. Das Yitong Institut nimmt sich an ausländische Schulsystem ein Beispiel, versucht ein neues Ausbildungssystem der Talente und verfolgt die Allgemeinbildung. Das Yitong Institut gründet das erste Unternehmensinstitut Chongqings und auch eine Unternehmensbasis der Studenten. Unser Institut richtet eine Elite-Ausbildung-Plattform mit Geschmack und Praxis der Kunst, Leistungssport, Gemeinschaftsaktivitäten und Freiwilligendienst ein. Das Yitong Institut bemüht sich immer durch die Promi-Vorträge, die Meisterkurse, die Musikfestspiele, Theater der Jugendlichen und Baoli-Kino um eine kulturelle Visitenkarte und einen neuen kulturellen Weg der Ausbildung von den Studenten.
Unsere Hochschule setzt die internationalen Strategien durch und hat mit Hochschule Anhalt aus Deutschland Sino-Deutsche Fachhochschule gegeründet. Seitdem hat unsere Schule mit mehr als zehn Hochschulen aus Deutschland, den USA usw. Kooperationsvereinbarungen abgeschlossen und Erziehungsaktivitäten der Master-Bachelor-Diplombildung veranstaltet. Bisher haben über 100 Studenten im Ausland weiterstudiert und etwa 1000 Studenten sind bereit, zukünftig in Deutschland weiterzustudieren. 2013 wurde das Chinesisch-deutsche internationale Bildungsforum erfolgreich veranstaltet, dabei wurden gut zehn deutsche Hochschulen, über 60 chinesische Hochschulen eingeladen und haben an dem Forum teilgenommen, was die Zusammenarbeit zwischen chinesichen und deutschen Hochschulen gefördert hat.
Es gibt viele beeindruckende hervorragende Ergebnisse. In den letzten vier Jahren sind 81 Preise über dem Provinzabteilungsniveau von den Studenten gewonnen, z. B. im Jahr 2011 haben die Studenten den ersten Platz landesweit im mathematischen Wettbewerb belegt. Das ist ein historischen Durchbruch. 2012 hat unser Musikspiel "Absolventen" in der dritten chinesischen dramatischen Auszeichnung einen Campuspreis gewonnen. Daneben hat unser Institut mehr als dreißig Ehrentitel gewonnen,nämlich „ eines der besten zehn unabhängige Institute“, „Chinas Top-Ten-Marken unabhängige Institute“ ,„Die Garten-stil Einheit in Chongqing“, „digitaler Campus die Stadt Chongqing“, und „das fortschnittliche Kollektiv in der Seite von der Beschäftingung der Hochschulabsolventen in Chongqing“. Im Jahr 2013 wurde unser Institut von dem Bildungsministerium für erste Reform der Institutionen Chinas gehalten, das Anerkennung aus allen Kreisen der Gesellschaft verbreitete bekommt.

College of Mobile Telecommunications, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (hereinafter referred to as the college) is an independent college ratified by the Ministry of Education (Document [2004] No. 41) and organized by Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. It is a full-time regular undergraduate institution, founded in August, 2000, and recruiting students nationwide.
The campus, conveniently located in the scenic, culture-loaded College Zone in Hechuan District, Chongqing, is currently covering 50 out of the planned 90 hectares of land. The college has teaching and administrative buildings, dormitories and canteens with a floor space of more than 480,000 square meters, teaching facilities and equipment worth 89,460,000 yuan RMB, 98 extramural internship and training bases, and a collection of 1,420,000 books. Subordinate to the college are 8 departments including Communication Engineering, Automation and Computer Science, 6 secondary institutes such as Prospect College, Sino-German Institute of Applied Technology, and Art and Media Institute,4 teaching divisions, and such institutions as Elite Education Committee, Double-system Talent Training Center and Chongqing Fishing Castle Creativity Industry Center. Offered by the college are 29 undergraduate majors such as Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Rail Transit and Signal Operation, Financial Management, Engineering Management, Radio and TV Directing, and 7 such junior college majors as Communication Technology and Business Management. Its popular disciplines range from engineering, to economics, management, literature and art, with a total of 17,500 students of whom 16,100 undergraduate students. It has more than 882 full-time teachers, including 268 professors and associate professors.
Incited by the school motto “Devotion to Teaching and Learning, Encouragement for Creativity and Entrepreneurship”, the college is engaged in its endeavor to educate entrepreneurial engineering professionals with high moral standards, profound academic knowledge, strong innovative ability and an international perspective, thus catering to the need of information industry and regional social and economic development. Since 2009, the college has been boasting a graduate employment rate of more than 90%, which consistently ranks it at the top of all the independent colleges in Chongqing. The employments are basically counterpart ones, mainly distributed in such industries as communication, manufacturing and software development. In 2014, the university shared an overall graduate employment rate of 95.33%, and a counterpart employment rate of 85%.
The college has developed its distinctive school character and has built up a highly successful studying environment. A creative platform of engineering training has been established for students in applied information sciences, who not only enjoy professional laboratories, but also various on- and off-campus physical activity centers, as well as competition and character building training platforms. Having constructed a comprehensive system of talent development and education, the college also provides opportunities to receive extra credits through creative and external activities, guided engineering training programs and internships, otherwise obtained throughout a vast college network: a Double-system Talent Training Center with close connections to a wide variety of local and national enterprises to choose from. Following a new Prospect College personnel training plan, the college carries out liberal arts education by referring to foreign educational institutes. With the first entrepreneurship institute launched in Chongqing, the college provides a university student start-up base, fully encouraging and supporting entrepreneurship education and practice. Furthermore, the college offers platforms of art appreciation and practice, competitive sports club activities and volunteer work. Besides, to inspire them and widen their vision, the college provides its students numerous opportunities to meet with celebrities face-to-face, through a series of programs like Celebrity Lecture, Master Class, Musical Drama, Youth Theater and Poly Theater. We’ll overall keep on exploring our own creative ways of improved personnel training while sticking to our “Cultural Campus” strategy.
Guided by the strategy of internationalization, the college founded the Sino-German Institute of Applied Technology in cooperation with the German Fachhochschule (FH) Anhalt, and afterwards, dozens of other universities in Germany and the USA have also joined our Sino-foreign joint masters and dual bachelors training programs. As of now, hundreds of students have already studied abroad, and around 1000 students are currently devoting themselves to their planned studies in Germany.
In 2013, the college hosted the national Sino-German Educational Forum, joined by dozens of German universities and 60 Chinese universities, furthering the cooperation between Chinese and German educational institutions.
Because of its unique and reputable education standards, the college is highly recognized by all sectors of society and has won 81 provincial as well as national prizes and awards within the past 4 years, among which are the 2011 first prize at the National Mathematical Modeling Competition, as well as the 2012 National Musical Drama award for the campus play “Graduates”.
