江苏航空职业技术学院是江苏省首家、也是长三角唯一的航空类公办高职院校，实力排名位居全国航空装备类高职院校第五(“金平果”2024高职专业及专业群排行榜)。学校坐落于长三角先进制造业基地和区域中心城市、国家历史文化名城——镇江市，下设23个内设机构，占地46万平方米(约700亩)，建筑面积15万平方米，固定资产价值7.28亿元，教学仪器设备总值6129万元。截止2025年4月底，学院教职工406人，在校生10399人。
Jiangsu Aviation Technical College, the first and only public aviation college in Jiangsu Province, ranks the fifth on the list of aviation equipment colleges in China (Jinpinguo Vocational College Charts, 2024).Located in Zhenjiang, a city in the center of Yangtze River Delta region with advanced manufacturing industries and enriched historical heritages, Jiangsu Aviation Technical College contains 23 internal institutions, covering an area of 460,000 square meters (about 700 acres) with a building area of 150,000 square meters, a fixed asset value of 728 million RMB, and a total value of 61.29 million RMB on educational equipment. As of the end of April 2025, there are 406 teaching and administrative staffs plus 10399 students at the college.
聚焦商业航天、低空经济。学院围绕产业发展和企业需求形成了包含21个涉航专业和2个智能机器人专业的七大专业群，其中无人机应用技术专业群、空中乘务专业群获批江苏省高水平专业群，21个涉航专业中19个排名江苏省第一，所有专业都在全国高职院校中名列前茅。
学院当选全国航空工业职业教育教学指导委员会副主任委员单位、全国航空工业职业教育教学指导委员会通用航空技术专门委员会主任单位，牵头制定完成全国职业院校无人机应用技术专业教学标准、实训教学条件建设标准，主持的无人机测绘技术国家专业教学资源库项目和飞行器数字化制造技术国家虚拟仿真实训基地项目获教育部立项建设。
The college focuses on commercial aerospace and low altitude economy. There are 7 groups of majors, including 21 aviation related majors and 2 intelligent robot majors, formed according to the current industrial development and enterprise demand, and the Drone Application Technology group and the Flight Attendant group have been approved as high-level groups of majors in Jiangsu Province. Besides, there are 19 of the 21 aviation related majors rank first in Jiangsu Province, and all of the majors have achieved top rankings nationwide.
The college has been elected as the Vice Head Unit of AVEC and the Head Unit of General Aviation Technology Special Committee under AVEC. It also leaded the formulating and completing the education standards and training standards for unmanned aerial vehicle application technology majors in vocational colleges nationwide. The national professional teaching resource library project for unmanned aerial vehicle surveying and mapping technology and the national virtual simulation training base project for aircraft digital manufacturing technology, which it has presided over, have been approved for construction by the Ministry of Education.
突出人才兴校。学院聘请王礼恒等5名中国工程院院士为专业导师，聘请63位省市知名企业家担任大学生创新创业导师、产业教授，建立了由行业企业工程技术人员、管理人员组成的117名兼职教师资源库，构建了教师成长五级阶梯。现有教职工400余名，含博士后2名、博士6名，省“333工程”、高校“青蓝工程”等培养对象17人。
The college emphasizes the talent-driven development. It employed 5 academicians (eg. Wang Liheng) from CAE as professional mentors, and 63 well-known entrepreneurs as students' innovational entrepreneurship mentors and industrial professors. It also established a resource library of 117 part-time teachers composed of engineering technicians and managers from industry enterprises, constructed a 5-tiered method for teachers’ growth. There are currently more than 400 faculty members, including 2 postdoctoral fellows, 6 doctoral fellows, and 17 trainees of provincial projects such as 333 Project and the Bluesky Project.
强化招生就业。学院全日制在校生规模从2016年建校之初的378人攀升至2025年2月底的10399人，生源质量不断提升，部分省份学生录取分数全部超当地本科线。同时，学院认真落实省教育厅“访企拓岗促就业专项行动”要求，带头走访企业，广拓市场渠道，深挖就业岗位。成立了“大飞机班”“东航优选班”“天工国际班”等30多个定向班、冠名班，上千名学生进入中国商飞、中国航发等涉航央国企、大型航空公司和机场工作。
学院与中国商用飞机有限责任公司、东方航空技术有限公司、中国航发商用航空发动机有限责任公司、东部机场集团有限公司等单位累计签约校外实训基地138家。自2019年首届毕业生毕业以来，连续六年年终就业去向落实率达98%以上，对口率85%以上，就业率始终保持在全省同类院校前列，打造出了“航院学生好就业、就好业”的高质量就业品牌。
The college strengthens enrollment and employment. The number of full-time students has increased from 378 at the beginning of its establishment in 2016 to 10399 till February 2025. With the improvement of student source quality, the admission scores in some provinces even exceeded the undergraduate standard. At the same time, the college conscientiously implements the requirements of the Provincial Department of Education's, encouraging students to visit more enterprises, which benefits in seeking employment and deeply excavates employment opportunities. More than 30 targeted and sponsored classes have been established, including the Big Aircraft Class, the CEAir Class, and the Tiangong International Class. Thousands of students have opportunities to work in nation-owned airlines, airports and aviation enterprises like COMAC and AVIC.
Also, the college has signed contracts of 138 off-campus training bases with companies such as COMAC, CEAir, AVIC, and EAGC. Since the first batch of graduation in 2019, the year-end employment implementation rate has reached over 98% for 6 consecutive years with a matching rate of over 85%. The employment rate remains among the top in similar colleges in Jiangsu, creating a golden brand of high-quality employment.
狠抓质量强校。学院自成立以来取得了丰硕的教育教学成果，牵头编写无人机应用技术专业核心教材，自编教材《无人机结构与系统》入选首批“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材名单，另有4门课程成功入选省职业教育第二批在线精品课程。积极构建国赛、省赛、校赛三级竞赛体系，近三年来，先后实现了省赛、国赛一等奖的突破，2023年斩获了全国职业院校技能大赛“智能飞行器应用技术”赛项一等奖(为当年全省首金)。鼓励学生参加创新创业竞赛，获国家级奖项22项、省部级奖项147项、市级奖项248项，形成了“以赛促教、以赛促学”的良性机制。
The college keeps enhancing the instruction quality. Since its establishment, the college has achieved fruitful educational results, leaded the composition of core textbooks for unmanned aerial vehicle application technology, written the textbook Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Structure and System that selected as one of the first batch of textbooks on national project for vocational education during the 14th 5 Year Plan period. In addition, 4 courses have been successfully chosen as the second batch of online quality courses for vocational education in Jiangsu. Actively building a competition system of various levels of competitions, in the past 3 years, the college has achieved breakthroughs in the first prize of both provincial and national competitions. In 2023, the first prize in the "Intelligent Aircraft Application Technology" category of the National Vocational College Skills Competition was won, which was the first gold medal in the whole Jiang Province that year. Under the positive encouragement, our students participated in several innovation and entrepreneurship competitions and won 22 national level awards, 147 provincial and ministerial level awards, and 248 municipal level awards, forming a virtuous mechanism of promoting teaching and learning through competitions.
高度重视科研。学院为营造良好科研学术氛围，组织开展学术交流，举办瑞湖学术沙龙，学院教师积极申报科研课题，75个项目获省、市级立项资助，“数智融合加快形成农业新质生产力”获中国智库优秀成果一等奖。共获知识产权项目数131件，其中发明专利授权35件，首次进入2023年全国高职院校发明专利授权数量TOP200排行榜。
The college highly values the scientific research. In order to create a positive academic atmosphere for scientific research, the college organized academic exchange activities and held the Ruihu Academic Salon. The teachers also actively applied for scientific research projects, as 75 projects were funded by provincial and municipal organizations related and "The integration of data and intelligence accelerates the formation of new agricultural productivity" Project won the first prize of CTTI Excellent Achievement Award. We have obtained a total of 131 intellectual property projects, including 35 invention patent authorizations, which made the college enter the Top 200 list of invention patent authorizations for vocational colleges in China for the first time in 2023.
加强培训服务。学校作为江苏省首家获颁民用航空器维修培训机构资质的高职院校，开展了涡轮式飞机(TA)维修人员执照培训。并且作为中国民用航空局民用无人机驾驶员执照培训点和无人机驾驶员职业技能等级证书鉴定点，建成21000平米的无人机飞手培训基地，组织开展无人机综合应用技能培训。建设民航安全检查员职业技能鉴定中心，已开设10期培训班，鉴定通过率100%。
The college keeps improving its training system. As the first vocational college in Jiangsu Province to be awarded the qualification of civil aircraft maintenance training institution, the training of turbine aircraft (TA) maintenance personnel license is carried out here. At the same time, as a training point for the Civil Aviation Administration of China's civil drone pilot license and certification of drone pilot vocational skills, a 21,000 square meter drone pilot training base has been built, organizing comprehensive drone application skills training and establishing a civil aviation safety inspector vocational skills certification center. 10 training courses have been offered so far with a 100% pass rate.
紧抓产教融合。学院认真贯彻职业教育改革精神，牵头成立了“镇江市航空航天产业发展促进会”;2024年组织召开了全国通航专委会和江苏省空防安保大会;成功加入6个行业产教融合共同体，其中“全国工业无人机行业产教融合共同体”和“全国智慧建造行业产教融合共同体”担任副理事长单位，以及“全国北斗导航智能服务行业产教融合共同体”理事单位。
The college believes in the integration of industry and education. Conscientiously implementing the spirit of vocational education reform, the college led the establishment of the "Zhenjiang Aerospace Industry Development Promotion Association", organized the National Aviation Special Committee and Jiangsu Province Air Defense Security Conference in 2024, and successfully joined 6 industry education integration communities, among which the "National Industry UAV Industry Education Integration Community" and "National Smart Construction Industry Education Integration Community" served as vice head units as well as the "National Beidou Navigation Intelligent Service Industry Education Integration Community" as a director unit.
服务地方发展。学院始终紧密围绕镇江产业强市战略和“四群八链”产业布局，持续推进“航润”校城融合计划，已和镇江经开区、市农业农村局、武警镇江支队、市退役军人事务局、市人社局、市科协、镇江电信、市交通产业集团、镇江市交通运输局等9家单位签署战略合作协议，在招商引资、人才培养、干部交流、实训设备共建共享、专利转化、职业培训等方面开展战略合作，共同构建校城融合命运共同体。学院依托无人机专业优势，在农业服务、消防救援、桥梁建设等领域开展“无人机+”社会服务项目。大力弘扬志愿者服务精神，组织学生服务“低碳大会”、“马拉松”、“道教论坛”等，开展志愿服务时长超3200小时，作为民航科普基地，服务近千名中小学生。与甘肃陇南礼县王坝镇中心小学开展“航空科普助力乡村振兴”项目，再获市委马明龙书记肯定批示。
The college serves local development. Focused on strengthening the industry and layout the development of Zhenjiang, the college continuously promotes the campus- city integration plan, which resulted contracts of strategic cooperation agreements signed with 9 units including Zhenjiang Economic Development District, Zhenjiang Agriculture and Rural Bureau, Zhenjiang Armed Police Zhenjiang Detachment, Zhenjiang Veterans Affairs Bureau, Zhenjiang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhenjiang Association for Science and Technology, Zhenjiang Telecom, Zhenjiang Transportation Industry Group, and Zhenjiang Transportation Bureau to carry out strategic cooperation in investment promotion, talent cultivation, cadre exchange, joint construction and sharing of training equipment, patent conversion, vocational training, etc., and jointly build a community of shared future for campus-city integration.
With the advantage of drone major, the college carries out "drone+" social service projects in agricultural services, fire rescue, bridge construction and other fields. Vigorously promoting the spirit of volunteer service, we also organize student services at events such as "Low Carbon Conference", "Marathon", "Taoist Forum", etc., carrying out volunteer service for over 3200 hours and have served nearly 1,000 primary and secondary school students as a civil aviation science popularization base. The project of "Aviation Science Popularization to Support Rural Revitalization" launched with Wangba Town Central Primary School in Lixian County, Longnan, Gansu Province especially received recognition and approval from Ma Minglong, Secretary of Zhenjiang Municipal Party Committee.
